If you are at the pool using the Pro version please use the included neoprene weight. If you are at the beach or lake fill the bag with sand or rocks. Whichever is available to you. If you need maximum anchor power use the weight + sand/rocks.

Attach the FLANCHOR bag to the leash using the snap hooks on the leash.

Attach the opposite snap hook (Next to the buoy) to the handle on your float.

When your day on the water is over the FLANCHOR bag provides storage for your leash and weight.

Please rinse equipment with freshwater after saltwater use and air dry.

  • Will FLANCHOR work with my float?

If it has a handle or any type of rope, it works. FLANCHOR clips to inflatables via snap hooks. Ring floats, flamingos, unicorns, loungers all typically have some type of handle. We are working to create a solution for floats that do not have handles.

  • FLANCHOR Lite vs FLANCHOR Pro

Both come with the 5L dry anchor bag, snap hooks, rope and buoy. The only difference is the Pro includes a dedicated 5lb weight so you're ready to use at the pool straight out of the box. The Lite works exactly the same - just fill the bag with sand or rocks when you get to the water.

  • How deep does the water need to be?

FLANCHOR comes with 12 feet of rope, which covers the vast majority of real-world situations - pools, lakes, shorelines, and open water. If you're in shallow water and need to take up some slack, just wrap the rope around the handle of the 5L dry bag to shorten it on the fly. No tools, no knots.
