Legal Notice & Safety Disclaimer
Not a Life-Saving or Safety Device FLANCHOR is a float anchoring system designed to keep inflatable floats stationary in water. It is NOT a personal flotation device (PFD), life preserver, or safety equipment of any kind. FLANCHOR does not prevent drowning and should never be used or relied upon as a substitute for proper water safety equipment.
Always Prioritize Water Safety Always wear a properly fitted, Coast Guard-approved personal flotation device (PFD) when required. Never use an inflatable float as a substitute for a life jacket. Know your swimming ability and never swim or float beyond your skill level. Never use FLANCHOR or any inflatable float in rough water, strong currents, or conditions beyond your ability.
Adult Supervision Required Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or in water. Do not leave children unattended on or near any inflatable float, anchored or otherwise.
Proper Use FLANCHOR is intended for recreational use only in calm, shallow water environments such as pools, lakes, and calm coastal shorelines. Do not use in fast-moving water, heavy surf, or conditions where an anchored float could create a hazard.
Inspect Before Each Use Before each use, inspect all components — including the bag, rope, chain, and snap hooks — for wear, damage, or deterioration. Do not use if any component appears damaged. Discontinue use immediately if any component fails during use.
Limitation of Liability FLANCHOR LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, improper use, failure to follow safety guidelines, or use of damaged equipment. By purchasing and using FLANCHOR, you assume all risks associated with water activities and agree that FLANCHOR LLC is not liable for any injury or loss arising from use of this product.
Compliance Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing watercraft, water activities, and the use of anchoring devices in their jurisdiction.
