We want you to love your FLANCHOR. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window You may return your FLANCHOR within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it — original packaging not required.

How to Start a Return Email us at hello@flanchor.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label.

Free Return Shipping FLANCHOR covers return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid label once your return is approved.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo at hello@flanchor.co within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
