Shipping Policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. We use standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and rates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, reach out at hello@flanchor.co.

Lost or Delayed Packages Once a package has been handed off to the carrier and tracking shows it's in transit, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need help locating your tracking info, reach out at hello@flanchor.coand we'll get it to you.
